A free tool
Creating exchanges, drawing assignments and viewing letters is free. No account is required. Coffee contributions are voluntary and processed through SumUp and will not determine access to features. Your group is responsible for choosing and buying gifts.
Organising an exchange
Check participants, budget, date, location and exclusions before drawing assignments. If your restrictions make a valid draw impossible, adjust them. Changing participants or assignment rules may require a new draw: tell your group and share the updated letters again.
Game modes and missions
In classic Secret Santa, each participant is assigned someone to give a gift to. Gift stealing uses a playing order and gifts may change hands according to your chosen rules. Missions are optional suggestions: adapt instructions to your group’s age and needs, avoid uncomfortable situations and allow people to skip an activity.
Local data and backups
Exchanges are saved in this browser. Switching devices, using private browsing or clearing site data may prevent recovery. Keep a private backup if you want to preserve an exchange and protect it: it can contain personal information and all draw results.
Responsible use
Use information you are entitled to process and respect participants. Do not use the tool for harassment, discrimination, impersonation or unlawful content. A responsible adult must supervise activities involving children and the use of their information.
External services and availability
Hosting, fonts and site protection depend on external services. Emails are sent through IONOS at the organiser’s request; inbox delivery and acceptance by spam filters are not guaranteed. Contributions are processed on SumUp’s external payment page. The tool may experience errors or interruptions; check results before distributing them. These terms do not limit any rights or responsibilities that are mandatory under applicable law.

If features or services change, these terms will be updated with a revision date. Send questions to [email protected]. No provision is intended to exclude your mandatory consumer or user rights.
